With a career that spans from politics to business and culture, Massimo brings broad strategic and relational experience to MEG. A former Senator of the Italian Republic and Mayor of Pietrasanta, he transformed the city into an international cultural center, promoting major art events. An entrepreneur in tourism and the arts, he co-founded Oblong Contemporary Art Gallery, enhancing Made in Italy globally. His strategic leadership and passion for innovation make him a benchmark for business growth and internationalization.
Paola Marucci
Founder & CEO
Paola Marucci, an expert in business management and strategic consulting in the tourism, cultural and financial sectors, has gained significant experience in the administration of high-end hospitality facilities and in leading entrepreneurial initiatives in the field of art and culture. A founder and CEO of prominent businesses, she has developed cross-functional skills ranging from business strategy to administration. A graduate in Economics and Management, she deepened her studies with specializations in finance and cultural management, working with academic bodies and institutions to promote tourism and cultural heritage.
Matteo Mallegni
Head of Legal Affairs
A lawyer with international experience in M&A and Energy, Matteo has worked at international law firms in Budapest, Rome and Dubai, supporting major corporate transactions and advising Italian and foreign clients in the United Arab Emirates. At MEG he focuses on corporate law, internationalization and contract negotiations. A graduate of Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, he holds a master's degree in Business & Company Law and collaborates with Niccolò Cusano University as a lecturer in Private Law.
Edoardo Filié
Financial Advisor & Real Estate Expert
With a solid academic background in Economics, Edoardo holds a Bachelor's degree from Bocconi University and a Master's degree in Economics and Business Management from IE University in Madrid, two institutions of international prestige. Since 2021, Edoardo has held the position of Fund Management Consultant for a leading investment fund in Luxembourg, where he is responsible for the strategic management of investment portfolios, contributing to growth and return optimization for international clients. His experience and expertise make him a benchmark in the fund management industry.
Giulia Filié
Head of Marketing Team
Giulia holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts Management from Goldsmiths University of London and a Master's degree in Marketing and Digital Media from ESCP Business School in Madrid, building a solid academic foundation in the arts and digital marketing. She worked as Marketing Coordinator and Sales Assistant at the prestigious Oblong Contemporary Art Gallery, based in Forte dei Marmi and Dubai, where she honed her skills in sales promotion and management for contemporary art. Currently, she holds the position of Founding Growth Marketer at Inrō in Paris.
Elena de Tommasis
Digital Marketing Specialist
Elena has a strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications from John Cabot University and a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and Business Transformation from Rome Business School. She began her career as Event Coordinator and PR at Licia Abet Prive, where she developed skills in event management and public relations. Later, she held the position of Digital Marketing Specialist at Rising Partners International, deepening her skills in digital marketing. Currently, she is Head of Marketing Team at Fata Informatica, where she leads marketing strategies in the cybersecurity sector, contributing to the company's innovation and growth.
Barbara Paganini
Administration Manager
Barbara has a proven track record in the administrative field, with solid expertise in managing clients, coordinating vendors, and maintaining effective relationships with banking institutions. She began her career path as an Administrative Assistant, honing her ability to oversee accounting processes and operational practices. Later, she held roles of increasing responsibility, specializing in controlling financial flows and optimizing internal procedures. Currently, as Administrative Manager, Barbara coordinates strategies and activities aimed at ensuring the economic stability and proper functioning of the entire structure, contributing significantly to the efficiency and growth of the organization.
